In most cases your home can be repaired with concrete blocks, steel shims and other forms of bracing. The specific location of these materials will allow Profound to stabilize your home. We can then lift and compensate for any settlement that has occurred.

BEAM REPAIR

When reinforcement is needed to support the floor due to wood rot or settling additional bracing can be used to support the floor. The braces can be placed alongside the existing beam or floor joist to strengthen the weakened area. Once in place screws and fasteners can be used to attach the brace to the existing floor support. We also rework soil under the structure so your pads can sit on level ground and then we install the pads to lift and support.
