Hi Yall,
The guys at Profound Foundation just worked on my house. We needed our garage lifted and drains installed around the back and sides of our house. The crew started work at 7am and finished by 1pm. Very professional, the crew was amazing and our yard looks great. I highly recommend this company for your foundation repairs. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again for more repairs to my home.

This team just fixed my foundation (11 concrete press piers) and I found them to be very professional. They showed up at the exact time they said they would. The crew was very careful to do the job without making a mess. I would use Kenny's services again.

Kenny and his team with Proufound foundation repair did a wonderful job on my home! I had numerous quotes and decided to go with this company as Kenny was the most knowledgeable and professional. He didn't seem like a sales person but more what I would call an industry expert. Kenny at Proufound was also able to explain things to me and show me things about my home that none of the other companies could. As a matter of fact, other companies I had provide estimates made crude jokes and treated me like I was an idiot but not Kenny at Profound. I had a large two day job and the team showed up promptly early everyday. Care was given to cover holes and make the environment safe for my dogs in between days and the guys didn't leave until every bush was put back in place and the area was tidy and neat. I am 100% pleased with the results and my home is level and functional again. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and service and quality of work. I would go out of my way to use these guys again or refer them to my friends and family.

Our house had been severely unlevel for many years, so it was exciting to see it finally get fixed. The estimate process was the most thorough and informative one we got, and Kenny’s bid was surprisingly lower than competitor’s estimates. They worked fast and finished in 1 day, and every room is level and all the doors close! They measure all areas of the house during the process. Later, we noticed a part in the dining room that was really bouncy, and they came out and stabilized it. Our front porch is connected to the house on piers and wasn't part of the initial estimate (although it should have been). I had planned on just fixing it myself but they shimmed it that day too, free of charge. Only complaints are that the crew took apart my deck but carelessly put it back together, so some of it I will have to replace. That could have been avoided. I’d definitely recommend this business but suggest you do a thorough walk though before they leave, be sure to ask questions during the estimate process, as with any contractor. Thanks!
